Finding Information

Website Organization   We serve two broad markets: Small & Medium Business ("Business") and Home & Home Office ("Consumer").   Accordingly, both menu navigation and search capabilities are pre-configured to help you quickly find solutions by market category.

Menu Navigation   The navigation menu at the top of each page is the primary navigation menu for the entire site.   Navigation menus along the right hand side of a page contain links to information that is relevant to the content of the page you're currently viewing.

Search Tool   For your benefit, we use a third party search tool that has been configured and optimized for this website and our terminology.   The entire site is searchable, but it is typically to your advantage to narrow your search within either the Business or Consumer category, based upon your situation.

The search tool supports advanced capabilities including wildcard searches, category searches, and exact phrase matching.   Adobe PDF documents, Microsoft Word documents, and graphic files used on this site are indexed by the search tool and are by default included in search results.   Please see Search Tips for further instruction on how to use this tool.
